SoKo Water Systems customers can turn on text (SMS) alerts to be notified when one of their water tanks crosses an alert level they set — for example, when it drops below 20%, or is full again. Text alerts are enabled inside your SoKo account, so we can confirm the number belongs to you before sending anything.
How to turn on text alerts
Sign in to your SoKo Water Systems account and open the Alerts page.
Enter your mobile number and review the consent notice shown there (reproduced below).
Tap “Send code.” We text you a 6-digit verification code to confirm the number is yours.
Enter the code to verify, then switch “Send me text alerts” on. That’s it.
You can turn alerts off anytime from the same page, or by replying STOP to any alert text.
